Warranty is not valid and does not apply under any of these conditions:

  • Unauthorized repair or modifications to the product.
  • Serial number label or warranty sticker found tampered with other than its original state.
  • Physically damaged: PCB cracked, burned, bend CPU socket pin, missing components, lost pad, corrosion/oxidization, or scratches due to mishandling.

Limited warranty is only valid in Singapore with CDL warranty sticker, and is not eligible for any international warranty service.
Please find valid warranty sticker indicating the year and month of purchase on our physical products.
